Samsung have introduced the worlds first 5 mega pixel camera phone called the S250. The phone which has an onboard memory on 92MB can store up to 100 minutes of video (320x240) as standard with support for extra memory through an auxiliary memory. A 16 million TFT-LCD colour is featured as it can reproduce over 60 times the colour compared to current mobile phone displays. Support for high quality games and sound are also included. A European release date has yet to be announced.
Nokia's latest phone, the 6170 is stylish tri-band phone released in time for Christmas. The model has loads of features including an easy to use time management system and messaging support. A bright screen with a size of 128x160 and colours up to 65,536 are included with a VGA camera on the reverse of the main screen. The 6170 also features push to talk functionality which allows individuals or groups to talk using the GPRS network similar to "walkie talkies".
